Kasira Fine Thai Cuisine
Across the street from Superstore is one of Nanaimo’s favourite Thai restaurants. Kasira offers some delicious curries, brilliant noodles, but most importantly, order the tea with your meal. We absolutely love it.
It looks like they’ve gone through a recent face lift too. It looks great in there.

My all-time favorite restaurant. The food is always superb, and the presentation is wonderful. The restaurant is small, and on busy nights it can be a long wait in a tiny doorway to get seated, so I’d suggest either avoid the peak nights, or get there early. Once you order, the food is prepared quickly. No reservations.
